1. Custom Orders & Design Rights

When you upload a logo, artwork, or design for a custom wax seal, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that imagery. RLY Craft is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from designs provided by customers. We reserve the right to refuse designs that we deem inappropriate or illegal.

2. Product Accuracy

Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the precision milling process, minor variations in the final brass stamp may occur. Digital proofs are provided for custom orders; once approved, the design is considered final and enters production.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Full payment is required before custom production begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

RLY Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
