1. Order Processing Time

Custom Items: The CNC engraving process requires precision. Once you approve your digital proof, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the production of your custom wax seals or embossers.

Premade Items & Accessories: Orders for non-customized items are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Global Shipping Estimates

We are proud to ship our artisan products worldwide from our studio. Estimated delivery times are as follows (after dispatch):

• North America (US & Canada): 7 - 12 business days
• Europe & UK: 6 - 10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 14 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

*Please note that these are estimates. Delays in customs clearance or local postal services are beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your masterpiece is securely packaged and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their respective countries. RLY Craft is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
