1. Custom Made Items

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom wax seals, hand-held embossers, and custom logo stamps, these items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. We provide digital proofs for your approval to ensure the design meets your expectations before we start the CNC engraving process.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved digital proof, please contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly remake and send a replacement at absolutely no cost to you.

3. Premade Items & Accessories

For non-customized items (such as premade wax stamps, melting spoons, blank wax sticks), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours.
